We just finished our mid sem test last week.
I felt so stress up during the week. Besides doing my revision, I still have to brain storm about the Pesta Kuih Bulan's leaflet and my assignments. I really wished that I had the power or magic to seperate myself into so many ' me ' and all of ' me ' could do all the work without the time collide with one another.
Maybe because I'm too slow in suiting myself in a new situation. This makes me still struggling for my life and my study in univesity. I need to press myself more to achieve what others can achieve in just a few minutes. It's a hard work for me. But, I'll look at it positively and accept everything around me with an open mind. However, sometimes I really want to rest. I do not want all the hard work or become hardworking instead I just want to lay there and do nothing at all. But, I know that this kind of thing is impossoble to happen. I still have many to catch up in my study. This means no rest for me.
The time flies. It's already week seventh for our kuliah and we only have 7 weeks more to final exam. I really worry about my condition. However, I'll try my best to do the best I can in the final exam.
I realise that if I don't want hard work in the future, I will have to be hardworking from now on. I will not let myself or my parents down. I'll push myself to the very limit I can. Like Esther comment on me in my previous entry, I will Gambateh!!!!!!
Gambateh!!!
Nowadays, I just heard everyone was talking about the serious disease that had taken over 40 lifes in Malaysia ( i.e. H1N1 ). People were talking about it and started to spread news about UKM was closing down because of the influenza which was the ' killer ' for 3 students from Kolej Keris Mas who died this recent. Therefore, as soon as the UKM convo reached its final day, there had been a huge rumor regarding UKM would be closed down on the next day. Everyone would be quarantine inside this university and no one would be allowed to get out from this university. Some said that the time of the quarantine started at 5.30 a.m. the next day after the convo. All students were given 2 hours until 7.30 a.m. to leave this university or else they would be quarantine inside this university. It had been a big joke as the next day, we all still going through our life as usual and the university was not closed down.
Since the government had announced that the H1N1 virus had evolved into H2N3, everyone had started to exaggerate the danger of H1N1 virus. Today, i went to the International Overseas Bookfair at KLCC. I saw most of the people were wearing mask to protect themselves from the virus of the influenza. If there was a person who cough, everyone's eyes would look at him with curiosity with the same question in their mind : whether he had been infected by the H1N1 virus? Everyone would treat him like an alien and started to avoid staying around him. I think that that is too much... Yes, of course prevention is better than cure. I totally agree that we should wear mask when we want to go out to the public. It would be better for us to make the prevention before we were infected. However, I did not agree at all with the gaze of the people, treating all the coughing people as if they were H1N1's patience. This is too over....
In the nut shell, prevention is better than cure. We should take prevention steps before we were infected. Hope nobody in class is infected. May good health be with you...
