It is rather sad that no one visit this blog any longer...Anyway I just want to share my experience in Jessup Moot these few days...
I was the volunteer for this moot...It was so coincident that I am ushering the UKM team..Hence I get to see them mooting..Guess what? I am really impressed with Carol and JR. They haven't learn Public International Law as this is the third year's paper. However, based on their self determination, they did extensive research on public international law and was in fact praised by the judge! They are really hardworking and I admire the way they answer the judges questions. As for me, if the judge ever impose a question to me, perhaps I will just get nervous but this is not what I see in Carol and JR. JR in fact has very high self confidence - according to the judge..
It seems tough and the topic is real tough also actually as acknowledged by all the judges. However, I really admire Carol and JR... They are really hardworking! According to JR, the process of preparing is like HELL! Nonetheless, at least you learn a lot by preparing your arguments and etc etc.
I hope I will be representing UKM in moot one day though I am quite nervous when I actually think of joining the competition...Well, never try never know..Guess I shall take the first step =)
